I bought this Garmin for my senior daughter who is directionally challenged. We live in the woods of East Texas. Why would she need this before college? We recieved 8 inches of rain one night... all the back roads were flooded... tyhe Garmin got her safely home with roads she didn't know existed... great Product for the $$$$$ . I give it 5 stars.

Nice unit with very good "quick start" directions. I did not buy it for the price listed here. I found it for $169.99 at a large electronics retail store.
No problems with the directions. Points of interest seemed to be up to date.
