This mount includes temporary and permanent adhesive disks that adhere the mount base to the dash, unit is easily removed .

The product was unsatisfactory as received and i waited a bit long on my return rights but both AMAZON and GARMIN were most accommodating. I have experienced relief courtesy of the aforementioned and the Garmin Nuvi 660 is now a functioning part of my travel itineraries.

I am most grateful to both of the aforementioned and would be happy to let anyone know that fact.


I purchased the Garmin for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loves it. He is not computer or software adept but has mastered the Garmin extremely well.


This was the least expensive way to buy a replacement for the connector that the wire plugs into. You can't just buy that part alone, you have to buy it as a component of a whole kit. Wish that Garmin would sell it individually to avoid buying parts that you don't need.


I bought both styles of Garmin mounts for my vehicles which are SUVs.
Both work great but I prefer the sand-bag style one. It's easy to move
around but stays put while driving on mountain roads. If you have the room on your dash, go for the sandbag!


THESE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE GPS WAS BOUGHT, OR ELSE GIVEN ADVISE THAT IT WAS NESASARY.


The product was exactly as advertised, new and unused, delivered promptly for a fair delivery charge.


It works as it says. It stays in my dashboard firmly with my Garmin Nuvi 660. No problem at all.



Need to mount on something permanent, it dont like to be moved.. very nice though...


Bought this for the wife for Christmas, and it is a charm. Powers up quickly, and is ready to go in less than one minute on average. Many things in life now take days to read the instruction manual, but Garmin has made this unit easy to learn on the fly, and can get you going with simple navagation without going into any real depth with the manual. Only problem was a power cord that went out about four weeks after purchase, called Garmin and had no problems getting a new one shipped out for free.
Buy this product, and be prepared to throw out ALL of your road maps. I highly recommend this product.


The Garmin Automotive Mount for the NUVI 660 is really nice. It's low profile after the stem is removed is great! You can mount your garmin just about anywhere and it doesn't obstruct your view through the windows.
