Works great and looks new. Registered the product and was able to download free map updates. Also love that I can use it to listen to my audiobooks (from Audible). Everything you need comes in the box. Have since bought the friction dashboard mount because the one in the box was worthless.
This is the first GPS I have owned and the product manual is easy to understand to set up and use. Works great and an awesome value!
I have been VERY disappointed with the Garmin 350. Previously, I have owned the c530 and the c580, but they were clunky so I purchased this for its slim design. I regret the purchase.
1. Forget the suction cup entirely. It has not worked since the first month I have owned it.
2. Do you know what is is like to NOT know where you are and be sitting there waiting for this thing to "aquire satellites"? Or have it take you in a complete circle for no apparent reason?
Maybe I was spoiled with my previous GPS', but I want a reliable GPS. There are far better out there! I love my son's TomTom. I loved, loved, loved, the Garmin c580! I want it back!
First I thought it was a bulky product, then when I saw that I can use it even while walking I was pretty much impressed.
The response time of the GPS is ok to work with, and the street names feature is very helpful as I can skip looking at the GPS while driving.
This is my first Factory refurbished product was worried but its performance has still been good. Good battery life and very nice features for nearest places.
For those who don't want to pay for Bluetooth and use a good product, this is a good one.

I bought this GPS device for a friend who lives out in San Jose and he just raves constantly about how good, reliable and accurate the GARMIN 350 is.
I also know from experience because I bought myself a Garmin Nuvi 660 a year prior and drove all over Virginia during my visit and also drove to neighboring North Carolina.
I almost bought a Tom Tom as my first GPS device but when I walked into a Best Buy, the employee explained that she hates selling Tom Tom's because it is their most return product. She recommended ease/flexibility of a Garmin instead.

I wish that this gave you a little more warning before turns sometimes. Having to update the maps for $60 is also a bit irritating. Other than that, the unit works fantastically.

The refurbished Garmin looks and peforms like new-perfect condition. I received all of the cords, exactly as Amazon advertised. A bargain for $169 with no tax and shipping.Would highly recommended!
I purchased this refurbished nuvi 350 last week and expedited shipping since I was going on a trip and wanted to use it. Unfortunately the antenna never detected a satellite signal. I reset the unit a number of times and no change. I was in another state and thought it might be having difficulty locating the unit. I was gone the whole weekend and was unable to get any help or service on the phone to help me out. When I got back from my trip I called Garmin. I was on hold for about 35 minutes waiting for assistance. After doing all of the things I had tried the Garmin rep told me the unit was antenna must be faulty. Garmin told me they would send me another one once I had shipped my back. It should take about another week. Though I am getting another one purchasing a refurbished one has been disappointing, a real pain trying to get it working and as a result costly and time consuming.
